AgentMall is operated by Signets Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our API, website, CLI tools, MCP servers, skills, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Order and Shipping Data
When an order is placed through AgentMall, we collect merchant URLs, product descriptions and prices, order confirmations, tracking numbers, recipient names, shipping addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
2.2 Payment Data
Payments are processed via the Machine Pay Protocol (MPP) using USDC stablecoins. We collect payer wallet addresses, on-chain transaction references, payment amounts, currency, and network identifiers. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or wallet private keys.
2.3 API and Technical Data
We retain API keys, request and response payloads, IP addresses, user-agent strings, timestamps, and error logs. These logs may contain personal data present in API payloads and may be accessed by internal staff and permitted service providers for operations, support, and security.
2.4 AI Agent Data
We collect agent identifiers, session IDs, MCP tool invocations, and skill execution logs associated with purchases made through the Service.
2.5 Website Data
Our website does not use tracking cookies. We may collect anonymous analytics to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Process and fulfill purchase orders with supported retailers
- Verify on-chain payments and issue refunds
- Send order status updates when a buyer email is provided
- Select optimal shipping methods on your behalf
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Maintain, debug, and improve the Service
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
4. Order Review
Orders that require manual handling may be reviewed by our internal operations staff or permitted service providers. Reviewers may see full order contents, including personal data such as shipping addresses and product details. Access is logged and restricted to personnel with a legitimate operational need.
5. Information Sharing
We share information with the following parties:
- Fulfillment providers — order details and delivery addresses necessary to place and ship your order
- Retailers — product selections, quantities, and shipping information required to process the purchase
- Payment networks — transaction data is publicly visible on the underlying blockchain
- Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and operational tooling under data processing agreements
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. Payment verification is performed on-chain. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain order and payment records as necessary to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. Archived or backup copies may persist until they are rotated according to our retention schedules. You may request deletion of your data by contacting hi@agentmall.sh, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request data portability
